Making contact via email

Never assume that I received or read your message if I do not reply: It is possible that your email may have failed to reach me because of technical reasons, or it may have been misidentified as spam.
If you receive no reply within 3 days, just re-send your message. If you believe your email was misidentified as spam, try using a different email address to send your message from.
Making contact via IRC

You can find me on the Freenode IRC network (you may connect via the irc.freenode.net server), with my registered usernames being nsk and freensk, in the #wikinerds channel (type "/join #wikinerds" without the quotes on your IRC client). The IRC client I use most often is KVIRC, and I usually can accept DCC CHAT direct chat and DCC SCHAT secure encrypted chat requests.
Contact etiquette
Avoid sending any attachments or files if you do not ask first.
It is your responsibility to ensure that your email message is not misidentified as spam by my email server. Always use a subject and avoid including too many weblinks for no real reason.
Legal communication
I do not accept official documentation, such as legal letters, if sent via email or other electronic means (including fax). Traditional mail is the only way I accept official documentation. Of course I will be happy to discuss issues informally with you over email before you send any official letter.
If you feel like there is a misunderstanding between you and me, try sorting it out privately between us before taking any step that could prove financially costly for both of us. Why spend much money when we can solve our issues with private settlement or some form of arbitration?
